Terms and Conditions
Privacy and confidentiality notice: Chatter messaging, work requests, and attached files are strictly confidential and intended solely for the person or organisation to whom it is addressed. It may contain privileged and confidential information and if you are not an intended recipient, you must not copy, distribute or take any action in reliance on it. If you have received a message in error, please notify us as soon as possible and delete it and any attached files from your system. The views and opinions expressed in any message are the author's own and may not reflect the views and opinions of the author's employer.
Contractor loyalty: sosecure nationwide limited, will expect as a requirement and condition of contracting the works; not to give sosecure clients your private or business phone numbers, e-mail contact addresses, leave your business card, or any other contact details, at the site, account client retail or private premises.
No signature needed for works: sosecure nationwide limited, does not require that you collect a signature for works, site visits, or leave any paperwork, this is an out-dated method so not required for authorizing. We guarantee you will be paid subject to the works being carried out correctly, your charges cost agreed with sosecure, works carried to the clients accepted and expected requirements.
Service to site works: Mobile service to site can have various inherent complications involved in the supplying of goods and services, sosecure nationwide limited, will not guaranty or be liable for exact delivery times, due to weather, mobilization, and regulatory health and safety factors. No glass works can be undertaken in poor weather or lighting conditions.
Cancellation: sosecure nationwide limited, their clients or customers can cancel works and orders at any time prior to the works commencing. Any items purchased for clients will be charged for at our standard retail cost. Charges for time spent to organize the works or send personnel to site will charged according to the time required to send technicians to the site location at our standard rate cost.
Payment terms: sosecure nationwide limited, payment terms are approximately 90 days from accurately received and approved by sosecure on-line, e-Line invoices. On occasion sosecure will pay part payments forward dated instructions through HSBC later that our normal 90 days, this is when contractors works have been or are being monitored by clients due to the standard of works if there has been a problem post installation, incorrect orders and works that have been unauthorised without correct scheduled go-ahead from sosecure, or if clients have not paid in full their invoices on time, we do accept that this can be frustrating but it is outside of our hands and while we are pursuing the debt or dispute sosecure contractors will have to wait a little longer for full and final payment of their invoice submitted. We are always happy to pay a deposit of up to 50% of the works net cost if requested to offset any late payments to sosecure and subsequently to our contractors and suppliers if required before the commencement of works.
All contractors invoices must be uploaded through www.contractsecure.com we do not accept invoices by the post or any other method, please do advice your accounts personnel of our finance procedures. sosecure nationwide limited, will endeavour to pay you invoices before 90 days but cannot and will not be held accountable or liable in any way to settlement of contractor invoices before 90 days, this is due to many of our own clients insisting on the same 90 days payment terms, any works contractually undertaken on behalf of sosecure nationwide limited, are carried out under our terms and accepted conditions. Accepting works through sosecure nationwide limited, waves your rights to any credit enforcement terms you may have in place for your own company, T/A firm or sole trader that would normally be request with other clients. sosecure nationwide limited, will not be made responsible in any way for late payments, interest or legal enforcement costs within this 90 day period, this also applies to any solicitors or debt management fees and costs.
