The KEYSsecure On-demand system tracks the activity and movement of property or vehicles keys, controlling and maintaining access of property visits and vehicle allocation only to authorize personal log on to www.sowithit.com/keyssecure

With RFID or Enduro® Seal bar coded tags supplied to authorized negotiators, contractors, landlords, tenants, and visitors, the front desk, or security, can ensure that correct access to properties or vehicle allocation is facilitated by checking keys in and out, of the KEYSsecure system.

The RFID/Bar Coded Enduro® Seal is an acrylic security seal designed for long term field life. When locked on to the keys it can only be removed by snipping the wire loop attachment with supplied wire cutter.

After contractors or visitors have been applied to KEYSsecure system, works orders can be natively created and dispatched to e-mail or faxed from within the system.

If a visitor has no tag, then (with an ID check) they can be entered onto the system supplied with an Enduro® Seal RFID/bar coded tag that will track their access for all future visits.

KEYSsecure enables time and date stamped activity reporting to e-mail.

Lock out secure, negotiators, contractors, landlords, tenants and visitors can be deactivated from the KEYSsecure system in seconds preventing unauthorized access to properties or vehicles.

Administrators and management, have the ability on-demand to track keys that are still out to contractor’s negotiators or visitors with direct contact to persons or their management.

All properties, vehicles and users in the system are identified by means of your unique registered batch of Enduro® Seal RFID/bar coded tags.

The system interfaces with a USB FRID/stick or reader desktop or hand-held barcode reader attached to the client computer. Clients are supplied with Enduro® Seal FRID/bar coded tags, reader and instruction, simply logon and go.
